In my opinion the best restaurant food in Lethbridge is at a place called Miro Bistro - it's spicy middle European cooking, but if you like what he makes, you'll love how he makes it. Some people just have "the gift," and he's one of them.
On one wall there's a poster by Joan Miro - a poster I see as summarising an entire set of possible futures unfolding from the deals between Microsoft and Linux vendors.
